Great Staff, Great Care! RN Bethany and her team on the 2nd floor were amazing! I was moved to the 7th floor with another amazing team. The Dr.'s were thorough, the nurses were attentive, a 5 star Hospital! Thank you everyone!

While on vacation near this hospital, my 3 year old fell and broke her collarbone. The staff (from triage to nursing to X-ray to the physician) were kind, gentle, and compassionate on what was clearly a busy night. My daughter wasn’t scared at any point and left with a sling and a smile.

The patient prescreen person needs to be polite and patient! They called after 7 p.m. Friday, my appointment is Tuesday, so they left me One day, Monday, to call back. My phone, or theirs, was glitching, which I told the woman, so she had to repeat a couple of times. She became impatient and said "I just told you..." We, the patients, don't need rude, disrespectful staff from Munson! I apologized to her, and asked her to please be more patient! I, the patient, shouldn't need to ask that of any Munson staff!

I had a horseback riding accident and was transferred to the hospital by ambulance from urgent care. I don’t live in the area and I can say is the staff were exceptional. They were knowledgeable about next steps, they were attentive to the call bell - I never waited more than 3 minutes. The staff was professional and caring. Everyone - doctors, nursing staff, respiratory, physical therapy and even transporters within the hospital. I felt welcome and seen. Thank you Munson for caring for me when I was essentially alone in Michigan until my family could arrive.

Went into the er and there were dirty tissues on the table when the trash can was right there. I commented to the night workers about it around 4 workers in the lobby and no one did anything. It costs so much to go there and yet they dont have the decency to pick up dirty tissues when someone is pointing them out to you. Okay ignore me ill just leave a review saying thats disgusting when there was no one in the lobby but the workers. Be happy and do your job to the best of your ability and if you aren't happy look for another job. And they weren't my dirty tissues they were someone else's visiting the ER. And all that needs to happen is for someone to put a glove on and through them away literally 1 minute out of your night.
